This event celebrated the Bat Mitzvah girl's milestone over a weekend that included a Shabbat Dinner and Luncheon at Congregation Beth Israel in Vancouver, followed by a high-energy evening party at the Richmond Country Club. Each portion of the weekend was designed with care, blending cultural traditions with modern style.

Our approach

We worked closely with the Mann family to design a Bat Mitzvah weekend that reflected multiple heritages and visions. The Shabbat Dinner honoured Jewish, Italian, and Canadian traditions. The luncheon brought springtime to life with fresh floral décor. For the evening, we transformed the space with a bold, lively disco theme. Every phase of the event was customised with purpose, beauty, and joy.

Full-Scope Event Planning

From venue coordination to final run-of-show, we managed the entire weekend of celebrations—Shabbat dinner, luncheon, and evening party—ensuring seamless logistics and guest experience across locations.

Thematic Concept & Décor Design

We created three distinct themes to honour tradition and family personality: a heritage-inspired Shabbat dinner, a spring floral luncheon, and a bold disco evening party. Every space was styled to feel unique but cohesive.

Entertainment & Guest Engagement

We secured and managed a DJ and event host, creating a fun, high-energy vibe. We also provided a digital photobooth experience and coordinated guest-facing moments to keep the energy flowing throughout the celebration.

Photography & Moment Capture

Our team oversaw the full photoshoot coordination, ensuring important moments were documented across all events. This included working with photographers and creating shot lists aligned with the family’s vision.
